AI, custom apps & business systems in Belfast

LESS JUGGLING. MORE DOING.

A four-armed AI character holds and scans a document, offers a coffee to a business owner and updates a task in a connected app.

Custom apps, connected systems and practical AI that take repetitive work off your hands while keeping you in control.

What can AI and custom software do?

Custom apps and connected systems organise the work your existing tools handle badly. AI can extract details from documents, summarise information and prepare drafts. People review important decisions, while agreed routine steps move between the tools your team uses.

Why it matters

Copying the same details, chasing updates and rebuilding reports takes time. A well-designed workflow gives each task a place, an owner and a next action.

What 3B does

  • Map one real process and agree the first useful version.

  • Build the app, dashboard, portal or connections that process needs.

  • Test permissions, exceptions and human review; hand it over to your team.

For businesses repeating admin across inboxes, spreadsheets and disconnected software. Bring the problem; you do not need a technical brief.

From incoming work to reviewed action.

Build the workflow. Watch the details become a task and a draft you can review, edit and approve. Your judgement stays in the loop.

Built around how you work.

Your system may need one of these or a combination. We define the first useful version, the connections and the handover around the problem you need to solve.

  • A practical system plan.

A map of your current workflow, the problem to solve first and a clear scope for the first useful version.

  • Custom apps and dashboards.

Purpose-built screens for the tasks, information and decisions that matter to your business, on the devices your team uses.

  • CRMs and operational workspaces.

Structured records for enquiries, customers, jobs or projects, with agreed stages, responsibilities and next actions.

  • Customer and team portals.

A dedicated place to share agreed information, collect documents or show progress, with access shaped around each type of user.

  • Connected workflows and AI assistance.

Suitable integrations, repeatable automations and carefully scoped AI tasks such as summarising, classifying or preparing drafts.

  • Testing, handover and a plan for support.

Realistic test cases, permission checks, instructions for your team and an agreed approach to maintenance and ongoing changes.

Start with the task you do twice.

Retyping enquiries? Chasing job updates? Pulling reports from several spreadsheets? Tell us about that one repeated task. We can work out the brief together.

Ask 3B
Can we start with one workflow?

Yes. We can scope one enquiry process, handover, dashboard or portal first. We agree what the first working version needs to do and how to check it before deciding whether to extend it. AI is included only where it helps solve the problem.

Can you work with the software we already use?

That is part of the discovery. We check the access, integration options and limitations of your current tools before agreeing a connection. Sometimes a small improvement is more useful than replacing a whole system.

Will AI make decisions without us?

We agree the boundaries before building. A workflow might let AI prepare a summary or draft while a person reviews the next action. Important decisions and exceptions should have a clear owner.

How do you approach access and business information?

We establish what information the system needs, who should see it, where it will be stored and which services may process it. Permissions, test data and approval points form part of the agreed design; any specialist requirements are discussed before implementation.

What happens after the system is built?

The scope sets out the handover, instructions and access your team will receive. We also agree responsibility for hosting, maintenance, third-party services and future changes. Support arrangements and ongoing costs are discussed before you commit to the build.

Show us what slows you down.

Describe the repeated task, awkward handover or system you wish you had. Plain English is enough. You do not need a technical specification.

Our first conversation

We will map the problem with you, discuss the tools and information involved, and identify a manageable first version to scope. The build, access and support arrangements are agreed before work begins.
