Branding & identity design in Belfast

STAND OUT. STAY YOU.

A raspberry and yellow chameleon matches a coordinated bag, cup, box and phone for the fictional FOLK brand.

A distinctive identity, built around your business. From the logo to the little details that make people recognise you.

What does a branding project include?

Branding gives your business a recognisable look and voice. It connects your logo, colours, typography and messages so your website, social posts, proposals and packaging feel like the same business.

Why it matters

Customers often meet you in several places before getting in touch. Consistent presentation helps them recognise you and understand what you stand for.

What 3B does

  • Define your audience, positioning and the character the identity should express.

  • Design the logo system, colour palette, typography and key messages.

  • Prepare agreed applications, usable files and guidance for your team and suppliers.

For a new business, an identity you have outgrown or a team producing inconsistent materials.

One system. Ready to use.

An identity you can actually use.

From a focused refresh to a new identity, we agree what your business needs. The design work, feedback stages, final files and applications are set out before we start.

  • Brand direction.

A clear brief covering your audience, positioning, personality and the difference the identity needs to communicate.

  • Logo and identity elements.

An agreed logo system with appropriate variations, plus any supporting marks or graphic elements included in the scope.

  • Colour and typography.

A coordinated palette and type direction, with practical choices for digital use, reproduction and the licences you will need.

  • Voice and key messaging.

A useful starting point for how your business sounds, including an agreed introduction and the messages that matter most.

  • Applications that matter to you.

Design the agreed social templates, proposals, stationery or packaging assets, with final formats defined in the brief. Website builds and production work are scoped separately.

  • Brand files and guidance.

Approved logo variations for screen and print, colour references, type guidance and the agreed templates, organised for you and your suppliers to use.

Does your brand still feel like your business?

Show us what you have and where you want to go. We can work out what to keep, what to rethink and where the new identity needs to work.

Ask 3B
Can you refresh a brand without starting again?

Yes. We can review the useful parts of an existing identity and agree what to retain, refine or replace. The aim is a coherent direction, not change for its own sake.

How do feedback and revisions work?

We agree the design stages and feedback rounds before starting. You see the direction in context, share consolidated feedback and approve the final work before handover. If the brief changes, we discuss the effect on scope and cost first.

What files will we receive?

We agree the handover around where you will use the identity. That can include scalable logo files such as SVG or PDF, transparent PNGs, colour references, type guidance and any agreed templates. Font, image and other third-party licences are identified separately.

Can you apply the identity to our website?

Yes. Branding and web design can be planned together, or we can prepare an identity for your existing website or another supplier to apply. We agree which implementation work is included before starting.

What do you need from us?

A conversation about the business, the people you want to reach and what is changing. Existing brand files, examples of your communications and a clear decision-maker are helpful; you do not need to arrive with a finished design brief.

Ready to make your mark?

Tell us what you are building, who you want to reach and what you want people to remember. A finished brief is not required.

Our first conversation

We will discuss your audience, any existing identity and the places your brand needs to appear. Then we can recommend a scope, explain the design process and agree the work before it begins.
